Very small leak flows can still be measured at high pressure and in large volumes
Application need
Micro-leak testing of atmospheric-pressure volumes and at high pressure must resolve very small leak flows without the instrument adding resistance to the gas path, and high-pressure tests also require the instrument to withstand the pressure.
What we did
The low-pressure-drop version adds little flow resistance and has a high pressure rating. We have already had application breakthroughs in these two kinds of scenarios, and can match a solution to the test pressure, target leak rate and settling time.
What we can do together
We have made initial progress on leak prediction and can work with customers on using flow trends to make testing more efficient.
